- Photo Essay: A day in your digital life. Get a camera and take pictures of all the ways people use technology to learn in a single day of school. When you take pictures use the rule of thirds guide on the camera (it's a grid). Upload the photos into flicker and embedd on your blog. Minimum 20 photos (take good photos!)
- Animation video: Using your photos from your Photo Essay, create a video using Animoto.
- Vlog: Using the webcam option on youtube answer the question: If you were in charge of technology in education at Forest Lawn what creative ideas would you encourage students to use, to leverage technology in their learning? In this hypothetical situation you have all the power in the world but realistic budget impediments. Maximum 3 minutes.
- Research your suggestions before you start speaking.
- Prezi presentation: Create a Prezi presentation on the essential question: How do I fit in the digital universe? What are the positive and negative implications of technology in your life? What do you see as the future of technology in your lifetime? You must import your animation video, Vlog and your chart/organizer into your presentation. Use key words from your focus questions to create interesting and personal text on your Prezi.
